Food For Love

Here are some ingredients for the perfect Valentine's Day meal..
All fruit, vegetables and herbs listed have libido boost properties: 
Avocado; Asparagus; Celery; Beetroot;Fennel; Ginger; Cayenne Pepper; Basil; Pumpkin seeds; Dark chocolate; Watermelon; StrawberriesPomegranate  
 
And here are three quick and simple dishes to prepare. I have created them out of the ingredients listed above; super healthy, delicious that will energise and increase your stamina: 





Starter:

Toasted seeded bread
Tomato
Basil,
Red onion
Chili

Drizzled with:
Olive oil
Lemon
Ginger
Cayenne pepper






Main course ( you could always add meat on the side):

Rocket
Beetroot
Alfalfa
Avocado
Asparagus
Pumpkin seeds

Drizzled with:

Olive oil
Garlic
Lemon




Dessert:

On a bed of basil leaves:
Watermelon
Strawberries
Pomegranate 
Dipped and drizzled with Chocolate sauce 

Chocolate:

Mix:
Cocoa powder
Virgin Coconut oil
  Honey
